Date & Time:Sept 4, 2016
The event will begin at 4:00 p.m. The seminar will begin at 5:00 p.m. The guidance and tricks for the preparation is provided for nearly 1 hour. Experience sharing and doubt clearing session will be held for 1 hour and the last 1 hour is for Interactive session followed by the VIP’s lunch.

Location:   The event takes place on the beautiful Sri Krishna Memorial Hall. Registration and counseling of the students are done at 2nd floor, Rai Complex, East Boring Canal Road, Patna-1, Bihar.

Attendees:   Those who can attend the Edufest- 2016 can be both the aspirants and their parents. Due to the fact that so many Civil Services Exam crackers are from Bihar, many of the willing aspirants well also participate. They range from appeared to non-appeared aspirants and their guardian. Another large group of our probable participants are mentors, educationists, analyzers and students, who are pursuing preparatory trainings for CSE. Successful and some candidates of Ensemble IAS Academy.

Cost:   The registration fee of the event is Rs.500.00, with the late registration fee of Rs.650.00.

Parking & Transportation::   Participants can park in the S. K. Memorial’s parking and everything is within walking distance from the parking lot.

Target Audience

Bihar is one of the leading states in the list of candidates who qualify for Civil Services. This has been continuing for many years. So, in a state like Bihar, aspirant’s population is high. Bihar is one of those states where people believe in educating their wards at any cost. It is an exceptional state in the sense that parents even sell their land to educate their children. Bihar can also be seen as the student’s hub for almost all kind of competitive exams. Aspirants of Civil Services Examination along with their parents, mentors and guardians are the main audience which includes audience in the age range from 20 yrs to 40 yrs.

Edufest- 2016 will also appear on the Jharkhandbihar webpage, Ensemble IAS Academy webpage, Edufest website, and other campaigning online/offline events.

Television– The event will be covered at least on any one regional news channel. We will pitch the run to more local television stations but cannot guarantee the coverage of the sponsors.

Other Event Promotion

Publicity –College campus promotions, including all-campus email and signage - We will also provide mail registration brochures to all of the participating guests, mentors, delegates and aspirants.

Signage – There will be signage at the event, listing all sponsors and donors of raffle items.

Web Site – The website for the event is: www.edufest.co. We will list sponsoring companies and link to those companies’ website, where applicable. Edufest- 2016 will also be advertised in Ensemble & Jharkhandbihar e-newsletter.

Direct Mail – mail to all of our participants and the students of Ensemble IAS Academy.

Brochure Distribution – Registration brochures will be available at numerous locations including the Counseling Centre ENSEMBLE'S office at : East Boring Canal Road, Jharkhandbihar office in Bailey Road, as well as in many area businesses.

Social Media – There will be many outlets for social media including:Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest.

On-Site Activities

Following the Edufest- 2016, participants will need to refresh, enjoy snacks and drinks. At this start/finish area, as well as along the pathway and at the main entrance gate, are signs thanking all of the companies who have supported the Edufest- 2016. We will also have showcasing counters (Booth), direction symbol boards, Stage, Backdrops, Standies, Screen, and a take away kit.
